Nicole’s Bio


Nicole Cook


Nicole is a Principal Product Manager at Service NSW who strives to deliver high quality digital products to support NSW citizens. She has been responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver COVID safe initiatives and building online platforms to help people plan for and manage key life events.

Nicole worked as a clinical psychologist for over 12 years providing psychological interventions to improve health outcomes. She holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) degree and enjoys applying behavioural insights to improve customer experiences.

Nicole has extensive experience and knowledge of stakeholder and community engagement, program delivery and grant management. She previously was responsible for managing a community grants program that invested over $24 million across NSW to help improve the wellbeing of people and their communities. She also managed a program that aimed to enhance patient experiences and outcomes across the NSW health sector.

Nicole grew up on a property in rural South Australia and her parents ongoing volunteer work helped to instil a community mindset in her from a young age.
